Storytelling
In ancient times, the gods walked the earth among humans, and the forest came alive with beings from all realms — and this was imagined and shared through the practice of oral storytelling.
We would love to contribute to any project involved in re-enlivening the world through oral storytelling as a deeply ancestral practice of communal myth-making, and as a practice for what Vanessa Andreotti has called ‘worlding the world’.
We offer a storytelling presence at events, schools, festivals, workshops led by other facilitators, and in place-based research and arts projects. We are particularly interested in what it means to re-story a community, a town, a woodland, a river, a landscape.
